Are you a beginner and don’t know where to start?
The information below should help you get started on your dance journey
Learning Zouk had been made easy for beginners thanks to the ever growing dance community, teachers and organisations. You do not need to bring a partner, most people I know go alone and make friends there. Most classes are pay as you go, so you only pay on the door/reception when you arrive. Just ensure you turn up about 5-10mins before class, to avoid missing out!
I’ve always wanted to dance, but being around people who never really interested in it made me forget who I was. Taking the first step is always the hardest, but also the one step I was glad I took.
I would highly recommend you go alone, if you always waiting for someone to go with because you don’t have the courage. It’s either going to get procrastinated forever or you’ll just go once or twice then end up waiting again for the other person because they are unavailable most of the time.
Only you can make it happen! Learning to dance is something that is going to take time, dedication and lots of practice. Plus, isn’t it more fun to make friends with people who also enjoys dancing?
Tip: Private classes with teachers are a great way to gain constructive feedback, personal tips, identify bad habits and many other benefits. Please ask the teacher(s) when convenient just before or after class. Alternatively, contact them privately by other means; facebook, email, text message, etc to arrange a time.

It is a webapp with the aim of helping dancers find and share zouk classes and events all around the world.
